How we work

Seven steps. Zero surprises.

Here's what happens from the moment you submit the form to the moment your product goes live. Every step is defined, documented, and approved by you before we move on — all tracked in your private client portal.

Our process is designed to reduce client risk: we start with a structured project form, run an internal review, approve design before development, work through a transparent client portal, and only then launch with monitoring and support. Every step is documented and approved so the client knows what is happening, what is missing, and what decision comes next.

How we work

what keeps the process from drifting

The goal is not only to build a website or system, but to run the project in a way that reduces surprises and increases control.

Approval before build

We do not start meaningful production code before the client understands and approves the design direction and project scope.

Open project portal

Status, assets, approvals and payments stay in one place so the client does not need to chase scattered messages.

Direct communication

The client talks to the people building the product, without management layers that lose context.

Launch with support

Launch includes coordination, checks, documentation and two weeks of close support after the site or system goes live.

  1. Comprehensive project form

You fill out a structured form covering everything we need to understand you.

Budget, timeline, audience, existing assets, competitors — every detail that helps us build an accurate picture before our first conversation.

  2. Internal review

We read, analyze and build an initial picture of the product.

Within 24 hours you get a first response: whether the project is a fit, what we see, and the recommended next step.

  3. Zoom · optional

If you want — we schedule a 30–45 minute Zoom to go deeper, ask questions and align expectations.

The call is optional. Some clients prefer to skip straight to design — that's perfectly fine. We don't push meetings for the sake of meetings.

    Optional

  4. Design

We plan and design the product — UX, screens, interactions.

First pass within a week. Presented in your portal, you give feedback, we iterate. Until you have something you're proud of.

  5. Design sign-off meeting

A dedicated meeting to verify every need we captured in the form is met before moving to build.

We walk through every screen against the original form. No code starts before this is crystal clear.

  6. Build with portal open

We build in production code — and your portal stays open throughout.

Staging environment open to you from day one. Live status, chat with the team, approvals and payments — all in one place.

  7. Launch

Coordinated launch, monitoring, documentation, and two weeks of close support after going live.

We stick around. Documentation delivered, handover session with your team, ongoing maintenance as needed.

process FAQ

Do we need a Zoom call before starting?

Not always. If the project form is clear and the scope is simple, we can move forward without a call. For complex projects, we recommend a short call to align expectations.

When does development actually start?

Development starts only after the needs are clear, the design direction is approved, and the scope is agreed. That prevents fast execution of the wrong thing.

How do clients know the project status?

The client portal keeps the current stage, assets, approvals, meetings and payments in one place. It becomes the single source of truth throughout the project.

What happens after launch?

We stay for two weeks of close post-launch support, deliver documentation, fix launch issues and recommend ongoing maintenance when needed.
